Service Description

Using premium quality products, our extensions provides a low-maintenance solution for beautifully lifted lashes that last. Great for sensitive eyes too! Refill Policy: • If less than 40% of your lash extensions remain, it will be considered a full set. • If the remaining lashes are in poor condition, a full set is recommended. • In some cases, removal and a fresh application may be the best option. • Fill from another salon: +$20 or full set depending on condition Using LED: +$5 1 hour - 1hour 20min

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. A valid card on file is required to secure all bookings. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please note this policy applies to all bookings. We truly appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to provide the best service to all clients. LATE POLICY Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early, with no makeup and very clean lashes. If you are late or if you do not have clean lashes, this will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same. Lash Fill Policy 40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case by case basis. They may require more time, or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.
